Attending the Meeting on the awarding of accreditation Certificate to Internationally Accredited Laboratory and the approval of Data Requested from Domestic Laboratories Convened

Dr. Aye Aye San, the President of Myanmar Private Hospitals’ Association (MPHA), attended the "Meeting on the awarding of Accreditation Certificate to Internationally Accredited Laboratory and the Verification of Data Requested from Domestic Laboratories" which was held in a hybrid format at the Assembly Hall of the Department of Research and Innovation on 21 May, 2026 (Thursday). The of the Event was for presenting accreditation certificates to internationally accredited laboratory, verifying and publishing laboratory-related data, enhancing inter-laboratory cooperation, and enabling laboratory professionals to discuss and provide recommendations on future work plans. During the meeting, opening addresses were delivered by Dr. Phyu Phyu Win, Director General of the Department of Research and Innovation, Dr. Daw Khin Chit, Chairperson of the Myanmar Food Laboratory Network, and Dr. Aye Aye San, the President of the Myanmar Private Hospitals’ Association. The event was attended by a total of 171 participants, comprising members of the Myanmar Accreditation Committee alongside representatives from both public and private domestic laboratories, with 71 delegates attending in person and 100 participating online.
